MSU Barbell kicks off the 2009 Bodybuilding and Powerlifting season with a huge win in the form of Casandra Bishop. Completely dialed in show-ready condition at just over 100lbs, this young woman from Rochester Hills, Michigan graced the stage at the National Championships in Pittsburgh, PA on July 18th. After having a photoshoot with model photographer Kevin Calen, an interview with "Ironman Magazine", and appearances on websites such as Musculardevelopment.com and RxMuscle.com, Casandra's victory has not gone unnoticed. Studying Exercise Science as an incoming sophomore this year, she plans to go big-time in the industry. Are we looking at a rising star in the world of Female Bodybuilding? Undoutedly yes! Casandra, you have been added to the MSU Barbell Hall of Fame!
